Stratford Cygnets Cooperative Preschool is licensed by the Early Learning Division of the Ministry of Education for 10 children between the ages of 18-30 months, 16 children between the ages of 2.5 – 5 years per session. We are also licensed for 13 JK/SK children and 30 Grade 1-6 children. Our license does allow us to have 2 children between the ages of 15-18 months attend the toddler program and 3 children between the ages of 24 – 30 months attend the preschool program per session. Our ratio of adult to child in the toddler program is 1:5 and 1:8 in the preschool program. Our ratio of adult to child in the before and after school program is 1:10 for JK/SK children and 1:15 for grade1-6.
