Stratford Cygnets provides a nourishing morning/afternoon snack prepared to all programs; as well as a nutritious lunch (for extended day preschool ONLY) prepared by our cook Chef Christine. The weekly menus are created in consultation with Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating and are rotated on a 4-week schedule and modified seasonally.
